WINTER STORM ARRIVES – Freezing drizzle has already been reported in Wise County, with multiple wreckage reported as early as 7 a.m. Monday, and conditions are not expected to improve for several days. Elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses will likely be the first to become icy, slippery and dangerous when temperatures are around or below freezing.
