A new wellness retreat and counselling service for Cheltenham and the Costwolds

GLOUCESTERSHIRE, UK 14 December –“The Gray Cotswolds is a place of clarity, peace and a safe place to explore your past, be in the present and be supported for the future.” –Andreas Patikas, founder of the Gray Cotswolds
The Gray Cotswolds is a wellness retreat where you can spend three days with credible professionals in a safe space designed to help you take back control of your emotions, your life and your happiness.
“Life is full of ups and downs, and it’s our job to help you navigate through times of darkness.”
The Gray experts can help you identify the root cause of your problem so you can start making better decisions again. Bereavement, illness, financial pressures, societal pressures, heavy workloads, and relationship breakdowns, to name a few, can be an incredibly isolating time. By surrounding yourself with those who are best equipped for your rehabilitation, there’s a higher chance you’ll regain a sense of normality as soon as possible.
The Gray offers retreats as well as 1-1 therapy and counseling.
1-1 Therapy and Counseling can be attended online, by telephone or at the offices in Cheltenham or Harley Street, London. Your sessions are unique because it’s all about creating a personal connection between you and your consultant, therefore your first session is always at a reduced price. If you’ve already had counseling but it didn’t work, you were probably at a different stage in your life and weren’t ready at the time, or you weren’t connected to your therapist or counselor. A lack of trust means that you are always prevented from opening up fully, which henceforth negatively affects the possibility of solving your problem.
Anger Management is also offered, a course very personal to The Gray founder Andreas Patikas. From the age of six, Andreas was mentally and physically abused by his father, which continued until his death at the age of 31. Being separated from his own family made him feel lonely as he had no one to directly support him. Anger can arise when you feel that injustice has happened, and Andreas had to work that through constantly. He is a member of the British Association of Counseling Practitioners and knows first hand how important therapy and counseling retreats have been to his own healing. Therefore, he wants people like you to understand what triggers your anger so you can learn to control it and improve your life.
The Gray Cotswolds is all about creating a sanctuary for you, totally disconnected from prejudice, conflict, criticism, ideas, threatening talks and control. The team was chosen with the intention of creating a perfect support network.
The Gray prides itself on its non-judgmental policy and its guarantee that you will leave with the tools necessary to take control of your life and happiness.
“Andreas created an environment in our sessions where I feel safe and guided through the experience of therapy. I feel able to bring anything into the sessions and Andreas has given me so much confidence to communicate the things I want to talk about. I feel very seen in our sessions. Andreas has a great way of validating my experiences and my feelings while also adding perspective to the conversation.”
The next three night wellness retreat from 24th to 26th January 2023 at our beautiful venue in the idyllic Cotswolds.
