The organization uses its network to reach 4,500 schools, colleges and professional leaders and young people across the country.

Sodexo has a long-standing commitment to creating employment opportunities and enabling colleagues to develop through apprenticeships and, wherever possible, considers all vacancies and vacancies as apprenticeships.

Sodexo offers a variety of apprenticeships, with over 70 available in areas such as IT & Business, Facilities Management, Hospitality & Catering, Healthcare and Human Resources

Clare Johnson, Early Careers Lead at Sodexo UK & Ireland said:

“We take great pride in nurturing talent and we want to ensure we have a solid pipeline of young people across our organization to start their careers and achieve great things here. We offer a wide range of opportunities so we are delighted to showcase these on Explore at Sodexo with the help of Youth Employment UK.

Laura-Jane Rawlings, CEO of Youth Employment UK added:

“Youth Employment is delighted to welcome Sodexo to our youth-friendly community. We look forward to working together to connect more young people with quality opportunities to explore work. If we are to eliminate youth unemployment and close the skills gap, we must support young people to take advantage of work experience opportunities and encourage employers to offer such opportunities.”
