Sutton Stracke has opened up about the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills taking a break after a rollercoaster Season 12.

Fans were left unhappy with how the final series ended after unseen drama on the trip to Aspen shattered ties between the RHOBH cast.

Very little was resolved at the three-part reunion – tensions between Sutton, Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton, Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne Girardi, Garcelle Beauvais, Diana Jenkins and Crystal Minkoff continued to boil over.

Since then there have been question marks over who would return to the Bravo group next year, with viewers demanding mass changes.

After Kyle confirmed the program was “on pause” before filming resumed, her co-star discussed what that might mean, telling People magazine that some of her friends are “licking their wounds.”

“I think we had a tough season and it got very, very dark,” she said. “And maybe it took a minute for the sun to come in.”

Sutton also revealed her hopes of returning to our screens in the future, as she’s “just found her voice.”

“I feel like I just found my sea legs and my voice,” she continued. “Well, I’d like to use it now and have even more fun.

“And gain more experience in this area. I really like it and would love to continue if they have me.’

Her words come after Kyle hinted at when we might be able to get more episodes of the Beverly Hills gang onto our screens after a tumultuous end to the season.

When asked if it was “true or false” that the program was “taking a break” at the People’s Choice Awards, she told Extra, “True, but I think ‘break’ is the word of the moment.

“That sounds more dramatic than it actually is. I think we just want to shift our schedule.

“We used to start in April, it’s always evolved over the years, but this time we’re starting later.

“People think there has to be some drama, ‘You start late’, it’s not that serious.”
