This is the TTC Christmas and holiday schedule in Toronto this year

The TTC schedule over the Christmas and holiday season is always a little different than usual.
Once you’ve adjusted your schedule to the Toronto transit system, keep an eye out for TTC’s holiday roster, which begins on Christmas Day and ends at the beginning of the New Year.
Here are the changes TTC will be making to its service over the holiday period.
Christmas to New Year’s Eve
Christmas Day, Sunday 25 December 2022
There will be regular Sunday service with subway service and most lines, starting at 8am
Boxing Day – Monday 26th December 2022
There will be regular holiday service, with subways and most lines starting at 6am and following a Sunday timetable. Lines that do not normally operate on Sundays will not operate today either.
Tuesday 27 December 2022
The holiday service will run regularly with metro services and most routes from 6am
Wednesday 28 December to Friday 30 December 2022
The service from Monday to Friday will be reduced. The list of affected routes can be found here. Also, most routes start at 6am
New Year’s Eve – Saturday 31 December 2022
Service is complimentary on New Year’s Eve from 7pm to 8am on January 1st courtesy of Corby Spirits and Wine. During this time, you do not need to tap your Presto card, ticket, pay with cash, TTC ticket, or use tokens.
New Year’s last train times
Line 1 – Yonge University
The last train departs north from Union Station bound for Finch Station at 2:31 am, and the last train arrives at Finch Station at 3:02 am
North from Union Station towards VMC Station, the last train departs at 2:27 a.m. with the last train arriving at VMC Station at 3:10 a.m
South of Finch Station towards Union Station, the last train departs at 2am
South of VMC Station bound for Union Station, the last train departs at 1:50 AM
Line 2 – Bloor-Danforth
East of Kipling Station, the last train departs at 2:15 am, the last train arriving at Kipling Station is 3:05 am
East or west of Bloor-Yonge Station, the last train departs at 2:40am
West of Kennedy Station, the last train departs at 2:18 am and the last train arrives at Kennedy Station at 3:02 am
Line 3 – Scarborough
East of Kennedy Station, the last train departs at 3:04 am
The last train arrives at Scarborough Center Station at 3:13am
West of McCowan Station, the last train departs at 2:51am
Line 4 – Sheppard
East of Sheppard-Yonge Station, the last train departs at 2:57am
The last train arrives at Don Mills station at 3:05am
West of Don Mills Station, the last train departs at 3:09am
New Year and beyond
New Year’s Day – Sunday 1st January 2023
Sunday services will run regularly and service for the subway and most lines will start at 8:00 am
Monday, January 2, 2023
The holiday service will run regularly with metro services and most routes from 6am
Tuesday 3 January to Friday 6 January 2023
Seasonal service reductions do occur, with the TTC providing a list of affected routes for you to review at your convenience.
