NEW APPOINTMENTS AT FIRST INSTALL
Two Cheshire gentlemen are part of a trio of appointments at Salford-based furniture installation and interior design specialist First Install to help implement its growth plans for the next year.
As part of the First Interiors Group, which operates nationwide and also has a manufacturing facility in Ipswich and a furniture store in Leighton Buzzard, First Install has ambitious expansion plans for 2023 and the new team is tasked with ensuring these growth targets are met.
The three new additions to the First Install warehouse at the Fairhills Industrial Estate in Ireland are Liam Croft, Tom Hindle and Tom Sexton. All three will report to Mike McVey, Head of Group Sales and Operations.
Liam Croft, 29, was previously Operations Manager and had been with First Install for three years and was promoted to Operations Manager. He will now oversee the daily operations of the Irlam base, from warehousing and logistics to the installation teams working for customers on site.
Tom Hindle, 44, from Chester, is joining as Commercial Director, responsible for developing and executing an effective commercial strategy that will meet the rapidly expanding company’s growth objectives and ensure continued success.
Finally, 33-year-old Tom Sexton will assume the role of Key Account Manager from Hale, tasked with maintaining and nurturing important relationships and supporting the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities and maximizing new prospects and leads.
All three bring a wealth of experience to their new roles, having spent many years working in similar roles for rival companies in the industry.
