Solihull’s Independent Estate Agents DM & Co. Houses has hired a reviews manager to prepare for a busy start to 2023.
Sophie Gwynne brings 14 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry to the business, which covers Solihull, Knowle, Dorridge, Lapworth, Tanworth-in-Arden and the surrounding areas.
DM & Co. Homes has offices in Solihull and Dorridge, where Sophie is now based.
She said: “I am delighted to be part of one of the best forward-thinking real estate agents in the region. DM & Co sold more than £140m worth of properties last year, with 90% of them fetching more than the asking price.”
Lisa Smith, Sales Director at DM & Co. Homes said: “Sophie has experience across the board including working for a local independent estate agent and developer such as Seven Capital in Birmingham where she is responsible for off-plan property sales was responsible. She is already building valuable relationships with our customers.”
Disputes and compliance law firm based in Birmingham principle which specializes in fraud and financial crime, recently expanded and welcomed three new team members.
It was time to expand the team, which has grown organically since its launch in 2016.
Further support to make the company work, with the daily fun of administration, is new employee Hayley Watkin. Since starting in September, Watkin has played a key role in ensuring cases are processed efficiently and on time, providing clients with account support and providing the team with the resources needed to meet deadlines.
Victoria Hatton came from a specialist law firm in London, where she managed and developed international work and arbitration as a senior associate, applying her in-depth knowledge of shipping. Tenet says Hatton has been phenomenal, getting results already in court and helping on two international cases that are expected to go to arbitration.
The firm welcomed Kirthi Kalyan who joined from a commercial law firm in Guernsey where she was a senior associate specializing in financial services regulation, civil fraud and dispute resolution. Kaylan will help develop and manage offshore and financial services activities, bringing to the table her experience from her time at a global law firm in South Africa, where she was a litigation and investigations associate.
