Civic Nation Releases 2022 Impact Report

Civic Nation mobilized and empowered Americans across the country to drive change on issues ranging from voter participation and reproductive justice to vaccine access, racial justice and more

WASHINGTON, February 2, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Civic Nation released its Impact Report 2022, Details of the work and reach of its initiatives over the past calendar year. Over the past 12 months, Civic Nation has registered and mobilized voters to make their voices heard in the midterm elections, empowering citizens to effect change in their own communities. The organization engages and informs about 11.3 million people and more than 36,000 people organized to take action on critical issues.

Civic Nation mobilized Americans to drive change on issues ranging from voter participation to reproductive justice

The report highlights the work of Civic Nation’s six national initiatives: When We All Vote, United State of Women, ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge, End Rape On Campus, It’s On Us and We The Action. It also delves deep into case studies of protecting democracy, the reaction to the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn it Roe v. calfthe Made to Save COVID-19 campaign and innovative corporate partnerships.

In 2022, citizen nation:

  • Dedicated and educated about 11.3 million people

  • We have expanded our partner network to more than Over 2,000 media, corporate and non-profit partners; Over 450 celebrities, athletes and social media influencers; and over 100 creative agencies

  • Turned on 1,400 colleges and universities

  • Organized 36,200 people have to take action with our initiatives

  • Engaged directly 5.3 million voters ahead of the 2022 midterm elections

  • Civic Nation’s social media content has been viewed 73 million times on-line

  • Supports 201 scholarship holders and community-based organizations
